As a Manager in an Apple Store, you will guide, mentor, and cultivate a team committed to outstanding customer service. You will actively engage in customer interactions and support team members throughout the store to meet business targets and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and empower team members to develop skills and achieve both performance and personal growth goals.
• Support recruitment, training initiatives, and retention to build a diverse, high-achieving team.

• Drive key business priorities and attain store performance targets through strategic planning and operational execution within designated store areas.
• Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures while safeguarding company assets, including confidential information.

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability to work hours aligned with retail needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays, adhering to local legal standards and accommodation policies.
• Proficient communication in written and spoken English, with support for sign language.
• Proven experience leading teams within retail, sales, or related sectors.
