Role Overview

Qualis1 Inc., a prominent US IT staffing and consulting organization, is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter based in Hyderabad for an onsite role. This position demands expertise in Core W2 recruitment and direct client engagements, operating primarily during US shift hours.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Lead Core W2 recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate exclusively with direct clients, avoiding partnerships with implementation vendors or layered vendors.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of US staffing models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Source candidates effectively using platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
• Employ advanced Boolean search techniques and conduct thorough candidate screenings.
• Utilize ATS and VMS tools efficiently for recruitment processes (preferred).

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in US IT recruitment with Core W2 expertise.
• Proven track record of direct client interaction and recruitment.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US timing.
• B.Tech or B.E. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science or related fields.
