Role Overview

We seek a skilled UX/UI Designer to develop exceptional user experiences. A strong portfolio illustrating the candidate's capability to craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-focused designs by analyzing business needs and user inputs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and visual designs for both web and mobile platforms.
• Produce prototypes and mockups tailored for various devices and interface types.
• Work alongside product managers and engineering teams to design and execute innovative solutions.
• Perform user research and assess feedback for continuous improvement.
• Define and uphold design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Design and maintain comprehensive design systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in UX/UI design roles.
• Strong demonstrable portfolio showcasing UI design expertise.
• Expertise with design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience in responsive and adaptive design techniques.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing and implementing design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
