Role Summary

We are looking for full-time Van Couriers to join our courier team based primarily around satellite laboratories at Croxley Park, Harlow, Stevenage, and Watford. Successful candidates will be responsible for the timely and secure collection and delivery of medical samples, reports, supplies, and other items. The role requires adherence to the Courier Procedures Manual and maintaining effective communication during assignments. Travel to various UK locations may be required. The position involves regular driving duties and may include working weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect clinical samples from clients and ensure safe, efficient transport to company laboratories.
• Deliver medical reports, supplies, and other goods to clients as required.
• Follow internal procedures and maintain clear communication throughout the delivery process.
• Work independently and as part of the courier team to meet operational demands.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years driving experience with a full, clean driving license.
• Previous background in courier services or healthcare logistics preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

Working Hours & Location

The role is permanent, involving 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts plus a one-hour lunch break. The main base of work is Croxley Park, Hertfordshire (WD18 8YA).
