Job Overview
This fully remote position offers an opportunity to work globally as an independent contractor supporting multiple departments. The role follows a set schedule from 9am to 6pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours each week. Compensation is $300 USD monthly plus annual bonuses. Candidates are expected to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and operational duties as instructed by management.
- Manage scheduling tasks including calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle email correspondence and coordinate communications effectively.
- Organize and maintain company files, documents, spreadsheets, and records accurately.
- Input data precisely and ensure integrity of information management.
- Conduct online research and generate related reports.
- Assist in project coordination and monitor task progress.
- Provide support across sales, marketing, recruiting, creator partnerships, customer support, and operations departments.
- Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare notes from meetings, presentations, and related documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, creators, clients, and partners.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks.
- Quickly adapt to new software, tools, and processes as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information.
- Undertake any additional duties or special projects assigned by supervisors to support business functions.
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities and effective time management.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor combined with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience collaborating in remote team environments.
- Background working with startups is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the creator economy, marketing, or business operations fields.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites.
- Experience with Notion, Slack, and conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Ability to use CRM platforms including HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
- Skill with design tool Canva and AI applications such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
