About the Role
CodeVertex Talent is seeking a Virtual Data Entry Operator responsible for maintaining accurate data records, updating documentation, and facilitating organized remote operations. This position ensures that internal information is up-to-date, dependable, and structured for efficient business use.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and preserve precise records within internal databases, spreadsheets, and workflow platforms.
- Examine information submissions for completeness, proper formatting, duplication, and consistency.
- Arrange digital files and handle documentation in line with company process standards.
- Clearly communicate task progress, missing data, and any exceptions to team leaders.
- Safeguard sensitive customer, applicant, business, and operational data with strict confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and dependable work ethic.
- Capability to work remotely with a sense of responsibility and thorough follow-through on tasks.
- Comfortable functioning within a structured corporate setting.
- Proficiency in managing documentation, records, systems, and operational workflows accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and willingness to adhere to established procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting remote teams or managing documentation-intensive workflows.
- Familiarity with standard workplace applications including spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting tools.
- Ability to consistently maintain high accuracy across repetitive tasks and internal data systems.
Work Environment
- This position is fully remote for candidates based in the United States.
