Role Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will help shape a consistent, engaging in-store experience by applying visual presentation standards and supporting commercial performance. Working in line with the company’s values, you will contribute to both customer satisfaction and business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver visual presentation, commercial display, and styling direction according to store guidelines and campaign calendars to improve customer experience and support sales.
- Review sales trends, keep stock levels in check, maintain garment care standards, and spot visual or commercial opportunities together with store management.
- Use fashion trend awareness and competitor insights to coach and support store colleagues so they can create a better shopping experience.
- Serve as a positive representative of both yourself and the brand in every customer interaction.
- Assist the Sales Market team with store expansion-related projects.
Team Environment
You will be part of the store team, working alongside roles such as Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible in larger stores. You will also coordinate with the wider Area Team to exchange ideas and support success across stores. The role contributes to helping customers feel confident and express their style through current trends and timeless looks.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings solid visual merchandising and commercial experience in a fast-moving setting, along with a practical, solution-focused approach. You should understand how to read sales reports and act on them to improve performance.
You are expected to be passionate about fashion, committed to excellent in-store service, creative, curious, and proactive. Strong communication skills are important, as is the ability to guide and motivate store teams toward shared goals. Flexibility and a results-driven attitude are also key.
