Job Responsibilities

As part of our Food & Beverage team, your role is essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests warmly, accurately taking and relaying orders, being vigilant regarding food allergies, clarifying menu items, suggesting alternatives where needed, verifying legal age for alcohol consumption, and ensuring high-quality and efficient service at all times.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or five-star hotel environment. Key attributes include professional appearance, strong dedication, passion for excellent service, and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a diverse team. Flexibility to work varied hours and on-call shifts is essential. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
