Role Overview

We are seeking a creative Web Designer to craft visually captivating and conversion-focused websites that help small businesses distinguish themselves in the digital space. As a vital member of our Development team based in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will be responsible for the entire design process, from wireframing to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, high-conversion website designs tailored for small businesses.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement and realize design concepts.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to clearly convey design ideas.
• Maintain consistent branding, typography, and layout standards across all projects.
• Optimize designs ensuring responsiveness, accessibility compliance, and efficient performance.
• Keep abreast of current design trends and adopt best practices for continuous improvement.
• Support marketing efforts and additional design-related tasks when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience or a robust portfolio demonstrating web design proficiency.
• Skilled in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and their influence on user engagement and conversion metrics.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Exceptional communication abilities to clearly articulate design concepts.
• A positive mindset, creative outlook, and meticulous attention to detail.
