TwoXTopia is a startup led by women, dedicated to creating a secure and empowering digital community specifically for women. The platform emphasizes fostering meaningful dialogue, ensuring privacy, and supporting women via technology-based solutions. We are a close-knit and enthusiastic team working towards making online environments safer and more inclusive for women.
Internship Responsibilities
- Engage with and post content within the TwoXTopia app to encourage thoughtful conversations.
- Craft attractive and detailed descriptions for small weekday events such as café meetups, nature walks, and park gatherings.
- Promote TwoXTopia on Reddit using respectful and non-intrusive marketing techniques.
- Conduct research on women-led enterprises and creators, followed by sending collaboration outreach emails.
- Write well-researched, SEO-optimized articles on topics that affect women's everyday lives.
- Develop witty, relatable notifications and prompts within the app to enhance user engagement.
- Compose monthly newsletters tailored to the community.
- Create content for LinkedIn, including articles and posts for TwoXTopia's official page.
- Support Instagram content creation, including captions, reel concepts, and attention-grabbing hooks.
- Write engaging posts for Twitter.
- Summarize existing podcast episodes effectively.
- Edit and correct subtitle files (SRT) for the podcasts.
- Participate as a speaker in podcast episodes when needed.
- Take part in offline community-building activities and events as necessary.
- Provide ideas aimed at enhancing community engagement, retention, and developing a consistent brand voice.
Internship Details
This is a full-time, in-office internship located in Bangalore with a duration of six months, starting immediately or between July 13 and August 17, 2026. The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹14,000. Upon successful completion, there is a potential job offer with an expected annual salary of ₹336,000.
