Cielo Coatings, a paint and coatings manufacturer with over three decades of expertise, invites proactive candidates to join as Field Sales Interns. Since 1991, the company has produced premium paints and thinners for top Indian brands, now offering factory-direct quality products under the Cielo Coatings brand. The role offers a chance to enhance sales abilities by learning alongside seasoned sales professionals while targeting professional painters, furniture manufacturers, contractors, and DIY enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and explore new business prospects through thorough market research.
• Support the formulation and execution of sales strategies and plans.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to meet monthly sales objectives.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management.

Who Should Apply

Applicants should be fluent in English and Hindi, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a positive mindset, and have a strong ambition to build a career in sales. Candidates must be available for an in-office role, starting between July 28 and September 1, 2026, for a duration of three months.

Compensation and Additional Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹55,000, which includes a fixed monthly pay between ₹12,000 and ₹15,000 plus incentives from ₹1,000 up to ₹40,000. Additional benefits include a certificate, letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
