About the Internship
This internship program provides hands-on experience in human resources operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The intern will actively participate in recruitment activities, HR data management, and documentation tasks to support the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders, and gathering necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and management information system (MIS) reports to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in organizing employee records and managing HR documentation alongside other administrative support functions.
Who Should Apply
Applicants must be available to commit full-time in-office attendance, capable of starting between July 20th and August 24th, 2026, and able to complete a six-month internship. Candidates should be based in Mumbai and possess relevant skills and interests aligned to human resources.
Additional Candidate Requirements
- Preference will be given to individuals pursuing or holding an MBA degree specializing in Human Resources.
Stipend and Benefits
This role offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to INR 10,000. Upon completion, interns will receive a certificate recognizing their internship tenure and contributions.
