About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in Human Resources functions including candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination. The selected intern will gain practical knowledge of maintaining candidate databases and supporting onboarding processes within a reputed healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and screen potential candidates for open positions.
• Arrange and manage interview schedules.
• Publish job advertisements on multiple recruitment platforms.
• Organize and update candidate information using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring phases.
• Assist in various recruitment and onboarding related tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Internship commencement should be between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
• Availability for the complete three-month duration of the internship.
• Possession of relevant skills and a keen interest in Human Resources.

Stipend and Perks

• A monthly stipend of ₹12,000 is offered.
• Interns will receive a certificate after successful completion.
• The internship follows a five-day workweek.
• Free snacks and beverages will be provided.
