Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Evaluate resumes diligently and shortlist candidates matching job criteria.
- Conduct preliminary phone screening to assess candidate suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Manage candidate databases and track recruitment progress systematically.
- Handle recruitment assignments across various industries.
- Acquire knowledge of contemporary recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies, and candidate engagement practices.
- Collaborate closely with reporting managers to ensure successful closures of hiring positions.

Additional Details
- Stipend is performance-based and awarded upon successful candidate joinings:
• 0-4 joinings: No stipend
• 5-8 joinings: ₹3,000
• 9-12 joinings: ₹5,000
• 13-15 joinings: ₹7,500
• 16+ joinings: ₹10,000 plus best performer awards. - Internship highlights include full remote work opportunity, no prior experience required, training and mentorship, work on live projects, certificate of completion, PPO opportunities for top performers, and minimum 3-month commitment.
