This internship is for a driven and energetic Trainee Mentor who enjoys helping learners navigate their education and career journey. The role involves running roadmap and counselling conversations, supporting learner participation, and contributing to a smooth learning experience.

Role overview

You will spend your day speaking with learners, guiding them through roadmaps, tracking progress, and helping maintain engagement across the learning community. The position also requires disciplined follow-up, accurate CRM updates, and professional communication throughout.

Key responsibilities

• Lead roadmap and counselling calls with learners.
• Meet a daily target of 10+ roadmap sessions and 300 minutes of talk time.
• Explain roadmap sessions clearly and conduct them effectively over the phone.
• Keep up with daily talk-time goals and follow-up plans.
• Reconnect with leads from the previous day and work to improve learner engagement.
• Work with Community Managers whenever support or coordination is needed.
• Motivate learners to join webinars and help meet participation goals.
• Record lead status, follow-ups, notes, and dispositions promptly in LeadSquared.
• Prepare and download roadmaps ahead of scheduled calls.
• Respond to learner questions courteously and maintain a positive tone.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, are available to begin between 9 Jul 2026 and 13 Aug 2026, and can commit to a 3-month internship. Applicants should have the relevant skills and interests. Freshers seeking jobs may also apply.

Stipend

The internship pays ₹10,000 per month.
