Role Overview
We seek a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant equipped with design skills based in Papakura. The role encompasses handling everyday administrative duties including schedule coordination, record keeping, organizing meetings, and responding to queries from both internal teams and external contacts. Additionally, the position involves supporting basic financial and office tasks such as invoice monitoring, database updates, and report preparation.
Design responsibilities include producing and refreshing simple marketing collateral, presentations, documents, and internal communications that align visually with brand standards. Collaboration with other team members to back projects, ensure deadlines are met, and enhance office workflows forms an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated administrative expertise in managing schedules, documents, data entry, and general office assistance.
- Basic proficiency in design software tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or equivalents to craft visually engaging documents and marketing items.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills enabling clear professional exchanges with colleagues and external parties.
- Strong organizational aptitude and time management, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to juggle various tasks and meet deadlines.
- Competence with standard office software including word processors, spreadsheets, email platforms, and shared drive systems.
- Ability to work physically on-site in Papakura and contribute constructively within a team, demonstrating initiative to refine processes.
- Previous experience in administrative or office coordination roles is advantageous; familiarity with design or marketing activities adds value.
