AI Product Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the direction, development, and commercial success of a sophisticated enterprise AI platform. Our platform powers agentic AI solutions for prestigious clients across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision and comprehensive roadmap for the AI platform.
• Determine and prioritize platform investments and capabilities that provide clear, measurable value to customers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, architects, and data scientists to transition features from conceptual phases to production-ready releases.
• Translate complex customer challenges into scalable AI platform solutions.
• Lead backlog management, crafting user stories and guiding product delivery within Agile teams.
• Serve as a platform ambassador when engaging with customers, executives, and sales teams, shaping presentations, client discussions, and market strategies.
• Advocate for advanced platform functionalities including agentic AI, large language model orchestration, AI governance, observability, and developer experience enhancements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 6 years’ product management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI-related products.
• Proven track record in owning product strategies, defining roadmaps, and overseeing platform delivery.
• Strong familiarity with AI/ML platforms, MLOps processes, or ecosystems involving agentic AI.
• Experience working with technologies such as LangChain, CrewAI, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies including backlog stewardship, story creation, and prioritization techniques.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management with the confidence to engage and influence executives, customers, and technical teams effectively.
• A passion for developing products that deliver strong commercial results alongside outstanding user experiences.
