Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Business & Application Support Analyst to maintain and support crucial operational platforms related to attractions, parking, access control, and self-service kiosks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver support for applications and day-to-day operations of mission-critical systems.
  • Manage incident resolution, service requests, and user support within established service level agreements.
  • Support systems for guest attractions access, parking and car park access, credential management, kiosk ticketing machines, and membership/visitor management.
  • Conduct application monitoring and troubleshoot issues occurring in production environments.
  • Analyze incidents, determine root causes, and propose preventive solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to resolve issues and maintain systems.

  • Coordinate testing phases such as user acceptance testing and validation post-deployment.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and release deployments.
  • Generate detailed reports, user manuals, process documents, and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance user interactions.
  • Engage in change and release management processes.

Experience and Technical Skills

  • 2 to 4 years in roles such as Application Support, Business Systems Support, Production Support, or Business Analyst-related positions.
  • Experience with operational or customer-facing application support.
  • Proven track record collaborating with external vendors and business teams.
  • Solid grasp of application support and incident management workflows.
  • Fundamental understanding of SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms and IT Service Management tools.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and software interfaces.
  • Comfortable working with Windows applications and enterprise systems.
