About Pinterest
Pinterest is a platform where people across the world discover creative ideas, imagine new possibilities, and plan meaningful moments. The company’s mission is to help everyone find inspiration to design a life they love, and that mission is driven by the people building the product.
The workplace is designed to encourage innovation, support personal growth, and value diverse backgrounds. Pinterest also emphasizes flexibility so people can do their best work.
AI is treated as a collaborative partner at Pinterest, not just a product feature. Candidates should be comfortable with AI and prepared to discuss both their foundational abilities and how they work alongside AI tools during the interview process.
The interview process focuses on how candidates think and explain their approach, not only on the final answer. Pinterest also shares information about its AI interview approach and how AI is used in recruiting.
Apprenticeship Program Overview

Employment during the program is at-will, and the exact length of the apprenticeship may vary.
Applications may close as early as Friday, July 10, 2026 at 5:00pm PDT. The program is scheduled to begin on October 19, 2026.
