Architectural BIM Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for an Architectural BIM Coordinator to assist and report directly to the BIM Manager for our client projects in Singapore. The role involves preparing detailed models and shop drawings that support ongoing construction activities, ensuring adherence to BIM standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BIM Manager to support project requirements.
• Create and manage architectural models and shop drawings aligned with construction needs.
• Demonstrate proficient understanding of structural and architectural components.
• Maintain BIM systems and uphold standards across construction projects.
• Coordinate regularly with clients, consultants, and team members, conducting weekly progress reports and meetings.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and VDC implementation standards.
