Position and Location

Vacancies are available for Assistant Professor (2 openings) and Associate Professor (1 opening) in the Management Department based at Mohali, Punjab.

Qualifications and Specializations

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Management or allied disciplines from a reputable institution. Specializations sought include Strategic Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, or other related management areas.

Experience and Skills

• Established research record with publications in Scopus or Web of Science indexed journals.
• Experience developing research projects and drafting proposals.
• Demonstrated success in fostering industry collaborations and managing consultancy assignments.
• Guidance experience for postgraduate and doctoral candidates.
• Strong capabilities in teaching, mentoring, and academic administration.
• International exposure in academia and industry consulting is advantageous.

Key Duties

• Deliver quality instruction at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
• Conduct impactful research, publishing in top-ranked ABDC, Scopus, and WoS journals.
• Initiate interdisciplinary research projects and collaborate with national and international academic bodies.
• Mentor students, doctoral scholars, and junior faculty members.
• Procure funded research and consultancy projects from government and industry.
• Enhance industry engagement through projects, internships, and executive education programs.
• Contribute actively in curriculum design, accreditation processes, rankings, and enhancing institutional standards.
• Participate in departmental, university, and community outreach activities.

Research & Performance Targets

• Publish 8 to 10 research papers in ABDC, Scopus, or WoS indexed journals, including a minimum of 4 papers in ABDC A/A or Q1 journals.
• Secure at least 12 funded research or consultancy projects.
• Establish a minimum of two industry partnerships.
• Develop one executive education program or management case study.
