Role overview

Telekom Malaysia (USA) Inc. is hiring a proactive, detail-focused professional to support its international telecommunications operations in McLean, Virginia. The position centers on customer onboarding, service delivery, project coordination, and day-to-day operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup and implementation of customer onboarding and service delivery activities.
• Track project milestones and help ensure services are delivered on schedule.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams on operational topics.
• Assist with service assurance, incident handling, and customer escalation management.
• Keep operational records, reports, and project files up to date.
• Contribute to process improvements and governance-related operational work.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates may apply, and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are also eligible.
• Clear communication, strong coordination ability, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working on several tasks at once and collaborating across different time zones.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in telecommunications or project coordination will be considered an advantage.
