Associate - Admin & Allocator

Role Overview

This position involves assigning traffic controllers to various sites aligned with project prerequisites, taking into account their qualifications and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling shifts, including after-hours and emergency coverage, to fulfill operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation to ensure appropriate placement of traffic controllers at project locations.
• Organize and oversee shift schedules, including managing after-hours and emergency shifts.
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations and other safety protocols in all traffic control operations.
• Act as the main liaison with clients to handle inquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve any concerns.
• Keep detailed records of staff assignments, equipment utilization, and adherence to compliance standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in logistics or operations coordination is highly desirable.
• Background in transport and warehousing with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Familiarity and proficiency with scheduling and dispatch software or related management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for coherent coordination and working efficiently under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills to effectively tackle operational issues as they arise.
