Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative methods for data collection, create new variables, and integrate qualitative insights to provide impactful business solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of various casino operations such as product and area performance, efficiency of operations and manpower, and dealer effectiveness.
• Utilize advanced analytics, including modeling and machine learning, to optimize gaming floor layouts, forecast demand, plan manpower schedules, and assess risks.
• Create tools and solutions that enhance operational efficiency and optimize floor management.
• Support data-driven decision-making by generating insightful reports and dynamic dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to monitor business metrics, detect trends and opportunities, and translate modeling outcomes into actionable business strategies featuring clear data visualizations.
• Design and analyze data-focused A/B tests to evaluate changes.
• Assess the financial impact of modifications to the gaming floor, new products, and initiatives.
• Propose improvements for internal processes and stakeholder outcomes.
• Coordinate with Business Intelligence, data warehousing, IT, and smart IR teams to deploy analytical solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical discipline is preferred.
• Between 1 to 2 years of experience in business, customer, or marketing analytics is favored; alternatively, a minimum of 3 to 5 years in data or business analytics or a relevant master's degree.
• Experience in casino operations analytics is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as SQL, R, Python, Base SAS, and SAS EG is essential.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau is preferred.
• Capability to handle large datasets and deliver precise, timely projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and logical reasoning.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
