About the Role
Are you passionate about working with people and excelling in process management? We are seeking a creative, detail-focused, and collaborative individual to join our Client Operations team. You will be instrumental in supporting premier fashion brands and retailers by ensuring the smooth execution of outfitting services across their e-commerce and physical stores. This role involves direct client interaction and requires someone who can propose innovative ideas while efficiently managing projects to meet deadlines. Close communication with cross-functional teams is essential to excel in this position. Your contributions will have a tangible influence, reaching millions daily through industry-leading platforms.
Please note this is a full-time, temporary position initially for one year, with potential renewal depending on company requirements and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client projects to guarantee successful, timely launches.
- Provide exceptional support and assistance to clients throughout their engagement.
- Design and implement initiatives aimed at improving Client Operations workflows, processes, and communication channels.
- Manage and enhance all styling programs delivered to clients to broaden their effectiveness and reach.
- Collaborate closely with teams such as Client Success, Styling, Image Editing, and Integration to understand and fulfill client needs.
- Work with Product and Engineering units to help clients leverage new product features and updates.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for organizational clarity and process management.
- Supervise image editing tasks to ensure high-quality results and timely delivery for clients.
- Monitor integration of feeds related to clients to guarantee product catalog accuracy.
- Aggregate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly data to track completion status on client requests.
- Translate client demands into clear internal briefs for effective project initiation.
- Uphold excellence in documentation, organization, requirement gathering, and delivery standards.
- Contribute to the formulation of new business strategies and client experiences.
- Educate and assist internal teams on best practices within Styling, Image Editing, and Integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Between 1 to 4 years of experience in client support or operations roles.
- Proven skills to lead projects with detailed specifications and to meet strict deadlines.
- Effective multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to team support.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset combined with analytical thinking.
- Leadership qualities, adaptability, and dedication to ongoing improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion or retail industries.
- Familiarity with client-facing responsibilities.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is approximately $60,000 to $65,000 annually, adjusted based on experience and market conditions. We strive for equitable pay paired with a comprehensive total compensation package.
