Associate Manager - Data Analytics

Role Overview

The Associate Manager in Data Analytics will be responsible for gathering, processing, and interpreting extensive data sets, in order to generate actionable insights that enhance business operations and support strategic choices. This position requires collaboration with various teams to identify trends, optimize workflows, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze extensive operational and business data to detect patterns, performance deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and continuously update dashboards, reports, and key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring tools using platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Execute data extraction, transformation, and thorough analysis employing SQL and Python programming.
• Support decision-making processes through statistical evaluations, forecasting, and comprehensive performance reports.
• Track operational performance while diagnosing causes behind any underperformance.
• Conduct analytics on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to fuel business expansion efforts.
• Design and run A/B testing frameworks and experimental analyses to validate business hypotheses.
• Automate reporting and analytical procedures to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, finance, sales, and customer support divisions to deploy data-driven solutions.
• Build predictive models and analytical structures aligned with corporate objectives.
• Deliver insights and suggestions to stakeholders through detailed reporting and presentations.

Technical Expertise

• Strong skills in Data Analytics and Reporting methodologies.
• Proficient with Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Competence in programming and analytical techniques, particularly using SQL and Python.
• Experience managing databases effectively to support analytical tasks.

Educational Background

Applicants should have a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Data Science, or another related field. Preference will be given to those holding a Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Management, or an equivalent qualification.
