Role Overview
The company is looking for a motivated and resourceful Associate Program Recruiter to support the growth of its next wave of appraisal talent. This is a part-time contract position, typically around 15 hours per week, and is centered on recruiting for the Associate Appraiser Program. The role will help source early-career candidates, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to launching successful associate cohorts. As hiring needs shift, the recruiter will also work with hiring managers on broader recruiting needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions, with the main emphasis on Associate Appraisers and potential coverage of additional roles.
- Create and implement sourcing plans to find and engage strong candidates.
- Develop candidate pipelines through outreach, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Find talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, professional communities, and other channels.
- Review and screen applicants to judge background, capability, and fit.
- Arrange and oversee interview stages so candidates and hiring teams have a smooth experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and shape recruiting approaches.
- Stay informed on hiring trends, talent supply, and competitive recruitment practices.
- Keep communication with candidates and internal stakeholders prompt, accurate, and consistent.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup, high-growth, or similarly fast-moving corporate setting; commercial real estate exposure is an advantage.
- Strong track record of sourcing both passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Experience hiring at volume across multiple functions and seniority levels at the same time.
- Solid ability to evaluate candidates, conduct interviews, and build relationships.
- Capability to design inventive sourcing approaches and create talent pipelines from scratch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Prior use of an ATS; experience with Rippling is a plus.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to juggle priorities and deadlines.
- Self-directed mindset with a strong bias toward action and ownership.

Compensation
The pay range for this role is USD 35 to USD 50 per hour. The position is remote.
