Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Site Merchandiser to manage the daily merchandising efforts on our Shopify platform. This role involves ensuring our online storefront remains accurate, brand-consistent, and optimized for customer conversion. Responsibilities include managing product detail pages, curating collections and categories, and executing promotional campaigns. The role requires collaboration with various teams including Merchandising, Creative, CRO, and Marketing to successfully launch campaigns and new products. It is a dynamic, hands-on role suited for candidates who excel in detail-oriented tasks and operate effectively in a fast-paced direct-to-consumer environment.
Key Duties
- Create, update, and quality check product detail pages to ensure all elements such as copy, images, pricing, variants, and metadata are accurate and live on schedule.
- Manage and update collection and category pages to align with merchandising strategies, seasonal trends, and inventory levels.
- Implement website-wide and targeted promotions, including sales, bundles, gift-with-purchase offers, and limited releases, ensuring proper scheduling, asset placement, and functionality across all devices.
- Oversee the merchandising JIRA board, including ticket creation, status tracking, issue escalation, and aligning stakeholders on timelines.
- Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve broken links, pricing errors, stock display issues, and other merchandising problems to maintain excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate closely across teams to support marketing campaigns, product priorities, user acceptance testing, and launch readiness.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of new product launches and campaign rollouts on the site.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital operations, with demonstrated proficiency in Shopify.
- Familiarity with JIRA or equivalent project management and ticketing systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage precise, repetitive merchandising tasks without sacrificing quality.
- Strong organizational capabilities enabling management of multiple simultaneous product launches, promotions, and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving DTC enterprise with shifting priorities.
- A collaborative mindset, as the role interacts with nearly all teams involved in digital commerce.
- Experience working with high-traffic or extensive SKU websites is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and analytics platforms such as GA4 or Shopify Analytics to guide merchandising decisions.

Compensation for this role ranges between $80,000 and $90,000 annually, with actual salary determined based on factors such as location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
