Role Responsibilities

• Design and execute top-tier visual merchandising strategies aligned with seasonal event schedules and brand guidelines.
• Provide mentorship and build effective collaborations with in-store visual merchandising teams and frontline staff to sustain high display standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives, compile weekly impact reports including photographs, commentary, and sales data, and share insights with regional teams or management.
• Adhere to and apply seasonal brand VM guidelines consistently across stores.
• Facilitate training and engagement opportunities by organizing brand training events and workshops for in-store VM teams.
