Role Overview

The Auditor at Fude Developments will be tasked with independently evaluating financial documentation, operational workflows, and compliance measures related to the organization's tech initiatives and service offerings. This involves scheduling and carrying out audit assignments, scrutinizing data for accuracy, spotting control weaknesses, and proposing corrective measures to minimize risk and boost efficiency. The role requires preparing detailed audit findings, collaborating with various departments, and tracking the implementation of audit recommendations. Additionally, the auditor will assist in refining internal guidelines, ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and contribute to optimizing procedures across finance and operations. This position is fully remote and demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and sound professional discretion.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of auditing frameworks, internal controls, and risk assessment with proven experience in financial and operational auditing.
• Advanced analytical capabilities for data evaluation, including interpreting financial reports, detecting irregularities, and making data-driven judgments.
• Proficiency in utilizing standard office tools and audit software such as spreadsheets, presentation tools, audit management systems, or ERP platforms; knowledge of tech or software development contexts is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear audit documentation and effectively present findings and recommendations.
• Demonstrates integrity, professional skepticism, meticulous attention to detail, and self-motivation to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or closely related fields; possessing professional certifications like CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with pertinent regulatory and compliance standards; experience auditing organizations in technology, AI, or software development sectors is beneficial.
