Responsibilities

• Bring to life Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank - by crafting products and customer experiences that delight.
• Ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards by maintaining a clean, organized, and audit-ready workstation.
• Lead and support your colleagues, fostering a culture that promotes wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Continuously enhance both your baking skills and leadership abilities through curiosity and dedication.
• Effectively manage the busy environment, handling physical demands, fast pace, and tight deadlines with confidence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Formal qualification in baking or equivalent industry certification.
• Proven work experience in a fast-moving bakery setting.

Work Schedule

The typical roster includes early starts, with shifts running from 3:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, allowing you to finish early and keep your afternoons free.
