Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support dependable big data platforms including HDFS, HBase, ElasticSearch, Doris, RocksDB, and ClickHouse.
• Create tools to automate management tasks for large-scale data environments, improving operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks and system failures in production environments.
• Work jointly with application developers to troubleshoot issues and enhance overall system robustness.
• Participate actively in 24/7 on-call rotations and manage incident responses effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• Well-versed in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, network protocols, and computer architecture.
• Proficient in at least one backend programming language (Python, Golang, Java, etc.).
• Experience with Unix or Linux operating systems and networking is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
