Job Summary

IC İçtaş İnşaat is currently seeking a qualified BIM Coordinator for its highway project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Graduated from university with a degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in the field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM engineering and digital construction.
• Proficient in Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) software tools.
• Preferably has prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East region.
• Experience with road, highway, bridge, and transportation infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models related to roads, bridges, intersections, and related infrastructure work.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities and support clash detection processes.
• Ensure the implementation of BIM standards, procedures, and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design, construction, and project control teams to support project delivery.
• Produce and maintain BIM outputs, reports, and project documentation.
• Manage 3D and 4D processes.
• Ensure coordination among team members.
