Job Overview

We are seeking a Biology Expert to join our team on a contract basis working remotely. This role involves critically assessing biology-related data and content used in AI development, ensuring scientific accuracy and depth within the biological domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and provide comprehensive feedback on biological datasets, prompts, and content for AI workflows.
• Develop, refine, and review scientific scenarios, questions, and explanations involving intricate real-world biological challenges.
• Provide advanced expertise to guarantee the accuracy, relevance, and richness of AI training data and outputs related to biology.
• Work collaboratively with platform teams to resolve uncertainties and enhance the quality, coverage, and representativeness of biological subject matter.
• Maintain detailed documentation of findings, methodologies, and justifications to foster transparency and reproducibility.
• Engage in iterative review processes to continuously improve the AI system's biological capabilities.
• Participate in interdisciplinary knowledge-sharing sessions contributing to project excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Biology or a closely aligned life science field.
• Proven expertise in fundamental biological concepts and aptitude to communicate complex topics effectively to varied audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering clear feedback and scientific insights.
• Experience in scientific data analysis, critical appraisal of research, and synthesizing complex material.
• Ability to work autonomously with consistent delivery of high-quality results within project boundaries.
• Experience with interdisciplinary scientific or tech projects; familiarity with AI is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, dedication to scientific rigor, and accuracy.
