Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Certification Advisor to guide clients through selecting the appropriate ISO certifications aligned with their industry requirements and business objectives. This role demands strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of ISO standards, and relationship-building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify their requirements and recommend fitting ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Offer comprehensive advice on certification procedures, benefits, and expected timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth certification process for clients.
• Keep abreast of current ISO standards and relevant industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of client engagements, recommendations, and feedback.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in ISO certification or consulting, particularly with standards like ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Sound knowledge of various ISO certifications and their applications in business contexts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication proficiency.
• Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving skills.
• Sales or client advisory experience is beneficial.

Compensation ranges between 8000 and 12000 INR per month.
