Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) position, based full-time on-site in Singapore with business development responsibilities in India, involves managing the day-to-day operations related to product development, rollout, and client service. The role requires supervising operational effectiveness, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that technology initiatives are in harmony with business strategies and market demands. The COO collaborates closely with the executive team on business plans, resource distribution, and financial stability while fostering continuous enhancements in productivity, quality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-department teams to drive efficient workflows and project completion.
• Optimize operational processes and establish performance benchmarks to improve output and scalability.
• Manage financial planning, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners within the agriculture, livestock, and poultry industries.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage risks associated with operational activities.
• Implement and uphold best practices to enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in business planning, strategic execution, and creating operational roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability in operations management, process improvement, and leadership of diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, performance evaluation, and decision-making.
• Comprehensive knowledge of finance including budgeting, cost management, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with technology-driven fields, preferably with exposure to IoT, AI/ML, or agricultural technology ventures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience in driving organizational change and enhancing operational scalability in growing companies.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, operations, or related disciplines preferred.
