About the Role
Join one of Europe's premier international main contractors managing some of the continent's largest and most technically sophisticated mission-critical projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a CSA Engineer to contribute to a significant new data centre construction in Massen-Niederlausitz, Germany. The role involves collaborating with an experienced project team on a lengthy, secured project, offering long-term work and substantial career growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of civil, structural, and architectural components within a major data centre construction project.
- Manage coordination with subcontractors to guarantee safe work practices, timely progress in line with the schedule, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and relevant documentation.
- Conduct site inspections, quality assurance checks, and monitor project progress with regular reporting.
- Provide assistance in planning, procurement, and coordination of work packages throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering civil, structural, and architectural scopes on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, commercial, or similar substantial construction environments.
- Strong technical expertise paired with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach and capability to collaborate effectively within diverse, multidisciplinary project teams.
- Legal right to work in the European Union or eligibility to work specifically in Germany.
Remuneration and Benefits
Salary range: €65,000 to €95,000 per annum, plus travel allowances, accommodation, flights, pension contributions, and bonuses.
