Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product inspections and load goods appropriately.
• Lift and deliver products carefully to customers’ locations and assemble items if needed.
• Provide outstanding in-home customer service.
• Maintain accurate delivery status and document updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and transport heavy items weighing over 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work shifts including evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick.
