Cleaning Staff

Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Staff to contribute to our team in the Greater Halifax Metropolitan Area. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned areas, working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming various designated spaces.
• Disposing of garbage and recycling materials appropriately.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• A strong dedication to providing excellent service quality.
• Availability to work at least 30 to 35 hours weekly, including during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive mindset, dependability, and ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Capability to perform physical tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Self-motivation with the capacity to perform duties independently without supervision.
• Close attention to detail and proficient time management skills.
• Teamwork skills and adherence to safety standards to protect oneself, colleagues, and clients.
• Comfort working long shifts and in crowded environments.
