Role Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the trusted advisor to clients from their initial site visit until property possession. Your duties include managing qualified leads, coordinating site visits, negotiating with developers on behalf of the client, and assisting throughout the purchase lifecycle including documentation, home loans, and registration. This is a client-centric, field-based role requiring active engagement with clients to ensure a seamless and transparent buying experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Take charge of qualified leads from the pre-sales team, comprehending client needs and past interactions.
• Establish trust as the dedicated client representative from Reco Property LLP prior to site visits.
• Recommend suitable property projects aligning with client budgets, preferences, and purpose of purchase.
• Arrange and accompany clients on site visits, liaising with developers and ensuring all client queries are addressed.
• Obtain and clarify pricing, availability, discounts, and payment plans from developers; facilitate negotiation and discussion between clients and developers.
• Conduct follow-ups post site visits and guide clients through booking, document submission, home loan processes, and registration timelines.
• Maintain detailed CRM records documenting interactions, preferences, bookings, and coordination notes.
• Build lasting client relationships, handle possession-related communication, and generate referrals.
• Report sales activity and pipeline status regularly to Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any field; degrees in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate are advantageous.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales, client relationship management, or related client-facing sales roles.
• Mandatory fluency in Hindi and English; Marathi language proficiency is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, advisory, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build client trust and patiently guide high-value decision-making processes.
• Proficient in CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, and office productivity software like MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits, including weekends.
• Professional appearance and goal-oriented attitude.

Desirable Attributes

• Experience within channel partners, brokerages, or developer sales teams.
• Knowledge of Navi Mumbai and Mumbai real estate markets and ongoing projects.
• Understanding of RERA regulations, home loan procedures, and registration processes.
• Established network of potential clients or investors.
• Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler for site commute.

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 depending on expertise.
