About the Role
The North West Regional Research Delivery Network (NW RRDN) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Clinical Research Practitioner to join their Agile Research Delivery Team. This role involves providing support across various health and care environments throughout the North West, helping deliver high-standard research studies.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Clinical Research Practitioner, you will lead and coordinate the implementation of NIHR Portfolio research studies spanning multiple clinical specialties and organisations. You will ensure these studies are conducted safely, ethically, and comply with relevant protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory standards while supporting participant recruitment and study follow-up. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and day-to-day guidance to colleagues, foster positive research culture, and contribute to service enhancements and innovation in research delivery. The role requires travelling across different sites within the North West region to support research activities where they are most needed.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience in clinical research delivery, exceptional organisational and communication abilities, and the capability to work independently across multiple settings. Candidates must demonstrate competence in research procedures within their scope of practice and maintain detailed study documentation. A willingness and ability to travel extensively through the North West region is essential.
