About the Role

We seek a results-focused operations leader responsible for managing comprehensive hub operations and ensuring smooth daily workflows across designated locations. This position demands robust operational oversight, strict cash management, consistent adherence to processes, and the ability to enhance performance in a fast-moving logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-night hub operations for assigned facilities.
• Facilitate efficient execution of inbound receipt, outbound dispatch, sorting, and delivery support tasks.
• Maintain uninterrupted operations while meeting daily productivity and service objectives.
• Oversee Cash-on-Delivery (COD) reconciliation, ensuring timely cash closure and precise financial reporting.
• Enforce financial discipline and accountability to minimize reconciliation discrepancies.
• Reduce operational losses by enforcing SOPs and conducting regular audits.
• Implement corrective measures to address process deviations and mitigate operational risks.
• Plan and secure adequate manpower and resources aligned with business demands and annual operating plans.
• Optimize workforce allocation to uphold productivity and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee operational preparedness.
• Analyze performance via operational metrics to boost hub efficiency.
• Monitor service level agreements, turnaround times, and productivity to drive continual improvements.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience within logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, hub, warehouse, or last-mile operations.
• Proven track record in managing hub or field operations at scale is desirable.
• Familiarity with COD processes including cash handling and reconciliation preferred.
• Experience leading teams and working with stakeholders is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Understanding of SOP-driven processes and governance frameworks.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions and manage performance metrics.
• Competence to handle competing priorities in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools is favored.
