About the Role

Hydrofit Industries is seeking meticulous and committed CNC Machine Operators to become part of our manufacturing team based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This full-time position involves operating CNC equipment, overseeing production lines, and guaranteeing that product quality adheres to established standards. Candidates from all over India who are open to relocating to Coimbatore are welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery in alignment with production schedules.
• Load raw materials and supervise machining processes.
• Interpret technical blueprints and work instructions accurately.
• Inspect completed parts to verify quality standards.
• Perform basic setup and make adjustments on machines as necessary.
• Document production activities and maintain machine logs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
• Identify machine malfunctions and liaise with maintenance personnel.
• Ensure the work area remains clean and organized.

Candidate Profile

• Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
• Preferably holds ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical certification.
• Fundamental understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing methods is advantageous.
• Capability to work in a production setting including rotational shift schedules if needed.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore from any region in India.
