Role Overview

The Computer Operator is responsible for overseeing and managing computer systems, network servers, and associated hardware and software within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise computer systems, servers, and network operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Operate and provide maintenance support for computer hardware and relevant software applications.
• Conduct routine system backups and perform data recovery when necessary.
• Accurately process and update data within computer systems.
• Identify and resolve minor hardware and software issues promptly.
• Keep system logs and operational records up to date for reference and auditing.
• Install software updates and security patches as per company instructions.
• Ensure proper operation of connected peripherals, such as printers and scanners.
• Generate necessary reports and maintain appropriate documentation.
