Blue Bear Creative is a Denver-based social media agency expanding its network of freelance creators nationwide. This Creator Pool produces short-form videos for well-known consumer brands across food and lifestyle categories.

Role Overview

Selected creators film brief video concepts on their phones, generally involving talking to the camera, reacting to products, cooking, or casual daily activities. Raw footage is submitted by you, and the agency handles editing and publishing on behalf of clients. No personal social media management or video editing is required.

Compensation

You will earn $200 per video plus up to $75 to reimburse any necessary expenses such as ingredients or props. Projects with quick turnaround deadlines offer higher pay rates. You work as a 1099 contractor and can choose your project load, ranging from occasional shoots to steady part-time gigs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Comfortable on camera with clear speaking and ability to improvise from a provided outline
• Equipped with a smartphone and tripod for self-recording; optional clip-on microphone and lighting enhance quality
• At least 18 years old and residing in the contiguous United States
• Reliable communication and dependable in meeting agreed deadlines

Additional Assets

• Cooking skills, having camera-friendly pets, or a willing partner/friend to appear in videos occasionally
• Experience or natural talent in acting, comedy, fitness, parenting, or any niche that aligns well with specific video concepts

Application Process

Applications require submitting a 60-second vertical audition video based on a provided outline including scripted and improv components, taking roughly 10 minutes. Successful applicants will complete paperwork, gain access to the creator portal, and receive a welcome kit.
