Contractor Onboarding Coordinator

Position Overview

This temporary role, lasting through January 15, 2027, involves coordinating the onboarding process of third-party contractors engaged in short-term projects to meet seasonal business requirements across various time zones. The coordinator will work 40 hours per week within Eastern or Central Standard Time zones.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring teams, vendors, and other internal parties to ensure a seamless, prompt, and standardized onboarding experience for all contractors joining the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple onboarding activities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate onboarding processes.
• Maintain organized records using various systems, trackers, and spreadsheets to provide up-to-date status reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in onboarding, operations, recruiting coordination, procurement support, or comparable administrative roles.
• Highly developed organizational capabilities to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills highlighted by meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable utilizing diverse platforms to manage and update records accurately.
• Experience in contractor onboarding, vendor liaison, or workforce administration will be advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
