About the Role
We are working with a top market intelligence and analytics company known for providing vital consumer purchasing data, market share insights, and predictive analytics across more than 25 industries. This organization is regarded as a trusted provider of retail sales and market share information, backed by prominent private equity investors, and is experiencing significant growth. The Corporate Strategy Associate will play a crucial role in shaping and accelerating the company's long-term strategy and growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to designing and refining the corporate strategy and long-term growth initiatives alongside executive leadership.
- Assist with strategic projects such as market expansion, portfolio optimization, business transformation, and competitive analysis.
- Work collaboratively across various business units to ensure alignment of strategic priorities with overall corporate goals.
- Support corporate development efforts including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.
- Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses, build multiple business cases, and formulate recommendations for senior leadership consideration.
- Create and deliver presentations at executive and board levels about crucial strategic initiatives and business performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, corporate development, analytics, operations, or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
- Preferably experience in consumer products, retail, analytics, software, or business intelligence sectors.
- Strong abilities in strategic thinking, financial modeling, and data analytics.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multidisciplinary projects and influencing senior management.
- Experience assessing strategic deals such as mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, or joint ventures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with executives and board members.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience to succeed in a fast-paced, high-visibility atmosphere.
