Role Summary

This position is responsible for the secure, precise, and punctual collection and delivery of parcels. Key tasks include verifying package contents via scanning to ensure order accuracy, rendering outstanding customer service, and safeguarding package integrity throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute safe collection and delivery of packages according to assigned routes and strict schedules.
• Confirm package contents are accurate through thorough verification and scanning at pick-up and delivery points.
• Deliver exemplary customer service while ensuring all parcels are properly secured for transport.
• Promptly report any delivery challenges, damaged items, or incorrect addresses encountered.
• Carry out additional duties as allocated by supervisors.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of experience in professional driving roles.
• Valid Australian driver’s license classifications: minimum C Class (Car) License or Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License.
