Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on acquiring new customers for Savings and Current Accounts while promoting a variety of banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Investment options. The specialist will play a vital part in building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, ensuring thorough KYC and regulatory compliance, and coordinating seamless onboarding processes with branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for Savings and Current Accounts.
• Promote diverse banking products including Fixed Deposits, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Investments.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers.
• Ensure all KYC documentation is accurately completed and regulatory guidelines are followed.
• Liaise closely with branch operations to facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may qualify for certain Associate Manager positions.
• Basic understanding of banking products is advantageous.

Additional Details

The role is based onsite in Chennai. The monthly salary ranges from 35,000 to 40,000 INR. This position is suitable for candidates seeking a career in banking customer relations with opportunities for growth.
