Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst, New Graduate, to work onsite alongside product, engineering, and AI teams. Your role will involve transforming data on products, the job market, and user behavior into actionable insights that impact product development decisions.

Key Duties
- Interpret data from products, users, and job markets to spot trends and business opportunities
- Create SQL queries and develop reports, dashboards, and analytic tools
- Establish and track pivotal product and business metrics
- Assist in A/B testing processes and assess new product features
- Address data quality challenges and refine reporting reliability
- Communicate analytical results to stakeholders across product, engineering, and business domains
- Engage collaboratively with team members in an onsite setting
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduates or upcoming graduates in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines
- Proficient in SQL with experience in spreadsheets or Python programming
- Knowledgeable about fundamental statistics, data analysis techniques, and experimental design
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Able to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area
Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with pandas, scikit-learn, Tableau, Looker, or comparable analytical platforms
- Experience or understanding of product analytics, recommendation engines, or search algorithms
- Comfortable handling large-scale or unstructured datasets
- Prior experience through internships, research projects, or analytics roles is advantageous
